业扩报装供电方案制定是供电企业对外服务的一项重要业务。针对供电方案制定中存在的实际需求，提出了一种利用电网GIS平台和信息共享来辅助供电方案制定的方法，阐述了其系统总体设计和主要功能，通过国网浙江省电力公司在绍兴的试点应用，验证了其应用效果，对供电企业业扩报装工作具有一定借鉴价值。%The work of making the power supply scheme dur⁃ing the business expansion is the key service of electric power sup⁃ply company. A tool system for the work of making the power sup⁃ply scheme based on geography information system(GIS)platform and information⁃sharing on the power grid is introduced. The de⁃sign requirement, the main function and the key technical details of the system are introduced. And the features of the system are analysised based on the pilot application of the tool in Shaoxing power supply company.
