改进开关电感型Z源逆变器

         

摘要

In order to improve the limited voltage Boost capacity,too large capacitor voltage and huge inrush surge exists when start-up of traditional Z-source inverter(ZSI),an improved topology of switched-inductor Z-source inverter(ISI-ZSI) is proposed,which not only has the advantages of Z-source inverter,but also increases the Boost index,the capacitor voltage stress under the same voltage gain is reduced,the soft start-up function is gained,the damage of the starting current of the inverter is avoided.The topological structure and working principle are analyzed and the theoretical analysis is verified by experimental results.%为改善传统Z源逆变器(ZSI)升压增益小、电容器电压应力大、启动冲击大等缺点,提出了一种改进开关电感型ZSI (ISI-ZSI).该逆变器不但保留了传统ZSI的优点,而且可以提高升压因子,在相同的升压因子下,降低了电容器的电压应力,实现了软启动,避免了启动电流对逆变器的损害.分析了电路拓扑结构和工作原理,并通过实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性.
