基于自适应软开关电流控制的单相逆变器

         

摘要

自适应软开关电流控制的开关频率不固定,导致滤波器难以设计且输出电流频谱比较分散,由此提出了一种带宽限制的自适应软开关电流控制方法.分析并对比在软开关电流控制下的3种不同调制方式的开关频率变化范围、负载适应能力,详细给出了电流带宽随滤波器参数变化的自适应控制规律.最后,搭建硬件实验平台,对整个控制系统进行实验验证.实验结果表明,所提出控制策略在保持软开关条件的基础上,实现了开关频率的固定.%Big frequency variation range of adaptive soft-switching current control,resulting in that it is diflicult to design filter and the frequency spectrum of output current is scattered.Experimental study on compressing the frequency variation with adaptive band limitation is carried out.The frequency change regulations and load adaptability of the three modulations are discussed and compared,and the band of hysteresis current could adapt variety of inverter parameters.Finally,the hardware platform is built,and the whole system is verified.Experimental results are given to show the soft switching and fixed switching frequency are achieved under this current control method.
