三电平逆变器中的死区效应与补偿

         

摘要

Based on the analysis of the dead-time effects on the fundamental and low order harmonic components of the neutral point clamped three-level inverter output voltage, a pulse based dead-time compensation method applied to the neutral point clamped three-level inverter is presented.The output currents are detected at every starting and middie of the carrier wave cycle respectively and the PWM pulses are adjusted according to the polarity of the output currents to make the actual pulse time identical to the ideal pulse time, so that the dead-time effect can be well compensated.This method significantly reduces the output distortion and regains the output RMS value.The experimental results are given to demonstrate the validity of this method.%分析了二极管箱位型三电平逆变器的死区效应对输出电压基波和低次谐波的影响,提出了适用于二极管箝位型三电平逆变器的死区补偿方法.该方法分别在载波的开始和中间采样输出电流,根据检测到的输出电流方向调整功率器件的开关动作时刻,最终使得输出电压波形与理论波形一致,达到良好的补偿效果.该方法能有效减小输出谐波含量,并恢复由死区效应引起的有效值损失.最后通过实验证实了该方法的有效性.
