针对变桨距控制系统在风力发电机组中作为限制出力和制动速度的决定性系统,此处首先研究和分析了兆瓦级风力机特性、风电机组的变桨过程,以及变桨距控制系统的工作原理,计算了桨叶负荷力矩,然后详细设计了变桨控制系统的整体结构、伺服控制系统和备用电源系统,再利用有限状态机设计了变桨控制系统软件,最后搭建了变桨距控制系统平台.实验结果验证了电动变桨距不仅能够实现精确的位置控制,还具有快速的动态响应,满足风电机组变桨控制系统的特殊要求.%The variable pitch control system,as a decision system,is very important to limit the output power and brake the speed in wind energy conversion system.The characteristics of megawatt-scale wind turbine, the process of variable pitch and the principle of variable pitch control system are researched, the load torque of blade is calculated. Then the overall structure of variable pitch control system, electric servo control system and backup power system are designed,and the software of pitch control system is designed using finite state machine.Finally the platform of variable pitch control system is built.The experimental results show that the electric variable pitch control system possesses the ability of fast dynamic response and can achieve precise position control.
