SF6 gas is ionized or decomposed due to dis-charge or overheat and e a variety of decomposed gases are thus generated,which substantially affects the insulation performance of the electric power equipment. All the existing inspection means,however,are not suitable for the on-line inspection on the site. This paper presents an infrared spectrometer based on the grating diffracting principle. The designed system can realize the live detecting of the decomposed gases of SF6 on the electric power equipment and provide convincing scientific evidences for analysis of the operation conditions of the equipment.%SF6气体在放电或过热的情况下会发生电离和分解,产生多种分解物,这些分解物会显著影响电气设备的绝缘性能。现有检测手段无法实现对SF6分解气体现场在线测量。根据实际使用需求,采用光栅分光的原理,利用光谱检测法,对分解物的成分和含量进行测量。测量系统可在电气设备带电运行状态下进行在线测量,结合电气设备的实际运行状况,测量数据可为分析设备的运行状况提供了有力的科学依据。
