考虑负载电压和频率特性时SFS孤岛检测方法的性能分析

         

摘要

针对目前孤岛研究中采用并联RLC负载模型不能准确评估孤岛检测实际性能的问题,提出含有电压频率特性的综合负载模型进行孤岛检测性能的评估,更加符合电力系统实际运行情况。对Sandia Frequency Shift(SFS)孤岛检测方法的性能进行了详细分析。理论分析表明负载有功电压频率特性会导致检测盲区发生改变、无功电压频率特性对系统频率变化的作用可以忽略、品质因数与检测盲区大小成正比关系。通过研究综合负载中与电压和频率相关的各参数对 SFS 检测盲区(Nondetection Zone,NDZ)的影响,为孤岛检测方法的实际应用提供理论依据。仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。%The constant parallel RLC loads can't accurately reflect the practical performance of the islanding detection. In order to solve the problem, the comprehensive load model including voltage and frequency dependence is adopted and it accords with the actual operation of the power system. The detailed study of the performance of the Sandia Frequency Shift (SFS) method is carried out under this condition. The theoretical analysis shows that the load active power voltage/frequency dependence and quality factor have a significant impact on the nondetection zone (NDZ), and the effect of reactive dependency is negligible. In this paper, the impact of the comprehensive load’s parameters on the NDZ is analyzed, and the research provides a theoretical basis for the practical application of the islanding detection. The simulation results demonstrate the validity of the theoretical analysis.
