Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of neoadjuvant intraarterial chemotherapy combined with surgical operation for cervical carcinoma .Methods 48 patients with bulky cervical carcinoma were treated with radical surgery 2 weeks after internal iliac arterial infusion .Results The tumor volume had a significant reduction ,there were 4 CR,36 PR,8 NC,0 PD. Conclusion Neoadjuvant intraarterial chemotherapy can obviously reduce cervical tumors before radical surgery .It can increase success rate of operation and improve theraputic efficacy .%目的：评价新辅助动脉化疗联合手术治疗宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法48例巨块型宫颈癌患者术前采用子宫动脉灌注化疗栓塞，2周后行广泛全子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术。结果化疗后2周病灶体积缩小明显，其中完全缓解（CR）8．33％（4/48）、部分缓解（PR）75．00％（36/48）、稳定（SD）16．67％（8/48）、进展（PD）0例。结论宫颈癌根治手术前介入性动脉化疗栓塞能有效缩小原发病灶，提高手术切除率，最终提高疗效。
