三氧化二砷联合颅脑肿瘤切除术对脑胶质瘤的短期疗效观察

         

摘要

目的 探讨三氧化二砷联合颅脑肿瘤切除术对脑胶质瘤患者短期疗效的影响.方法 将60例脑胶质瘤患者分为观察组及对照组,对照组采用颅脑肿瘤切除术治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用三氧化二砷治疗.在治疗结束3个月、6个月及12个月时对患者治疗疗效进行评估;治疗前后采用KPS评分、MMSE量表、ADL量表对患者功能状态、神经功能、生活能力进行评估;记录不良反应并绘制生存曲线.结果 术后6个月及12个月时观察组临床疗效显著优于对照组(P <0.05).治疗后观察组患者KPS评分、MMSE评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05),ADL评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05).观察组生存率显著高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05).结论 采用三氧化二砷联合颅脑肿瘤切除术治疗脑胶质瘤可有效提高临床疗效,延长患者生存期,提高生活质量,具有较高的临床应用价值.%Objective To investigate the short-term effect of arsenic trioxide combined with Craniocerebral Tumor Resection on patients with glioma. Methods 60 patients with glioma were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with craniocerebral tumor resection, and the observation group was treated with arsenic trioxide on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects were evaluated at the end of 3, 6 and 12 months. The patients' functional status, nerve function and life ability were evaluated with KPS, MMSE and ADL scales before and after the treatment, and the adverse reaction was recorded and the survival curve was drawn. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group at 6 months and 12 months after operation (P < 0. 05). After treatment, the KPS score and MMSE score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0. 05), and the ADL score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0. 05). The survival rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0. 05), and the incidence of complications from athe observation group was significantly lower than thatat in the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Arsenic trioxide combined with brain tumor resection in the treatment of glioma can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, prolong the survival time of patients and improve the quality of life, and has high clinical value.
