Lung is sensitive to ionizing radiation,radiotherapy often leads to radiation-induced lung injury. So prevention and early treatments are essential. This paper summarizes literatures in recent years so as to provide the reference of the prevention and control of radiation-induced lung injury. It is concluded that appropriate intervention during the ratiotherapy (pre- and post- radiotherapy) could reduce the incidence of radiation-induced lung injury so that improve the patient's quality of life.%肺对电离辐射非常敏感，放射治疗常常致放射性肺损伤，预防和早期治疗至关重要。本文总结了近年来国内外有关放射性肺损伤防治的研究文献，旨在为放射性肺损伤的防治提供参考。放射治疗前后采取相应干预措施可降低放射性肺损伤发生率，从而提高患者生活质量。
