疑似化学战剂样品的现场侦检与实验室分析

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the procedure and method of rapid detection for suspected chemical warfare agents sample,and compare the application scopes and time of chemical detection equipments. Methods The suspected samples were detected by using chemical detector (Chempro100),military agent monitor (AP2C), testing box and gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS),respectively. Results The type of chemical agent was detected within a few minutes by Chempro100 and AP2C,but the time for detecting of testing box was taken about 20 minutes,and confined only to detecting water samples. GC/MS could identified agent structure, but took several hours or longer. Conclusion Chemical detection is a system process including field rapid detection,health inspection and laboratory identification. It is necessary to take the method of rapid screening, classific detecting and mutual confirming,which just can meet the needs of antichemical emergency rescue.%目的:探讨对疑似化学战剂样品的快速侦检程序和方法,比较化学侦检装备应用时机和适用范围。方法使用化学探测器(Chempro100)、军用毒剂侦检仪(AP2C)、检毒箱和气相色谱/质谱联用仪(GC/MS)对未知样品进行检测。结果 Chempro100、AP2C能在数分钟内检出毒剂种类;检毒箱检出时间需要20 min,且限于水样;气相色谱/质谱联用仪可鉴定出毒剂结构,但用时数小时或更长。结论化学侦检是从现场快速侦检、卫生检验到实验室鉴定的系列过程,要采取快速筛查、分级检测、相互验证的方法才能满足防化应急救援的需要。
