In this paper,the applications of Big Data in the prevention and control of chronic and infectious disease were summarized,the importance of Big Data in the infectious diseases prediction and control, chronic disease prevention and treatment were analyzed. Furthermore,in response to the disadvantages such as the low accuracy,poor data share and data privacy of the diseases prediction and control by the Big Date,some suggestions were provided.%简述了大数据在传染性疾病和慢性疾病的预防控制的主要应用，分析了大数据在传染病疫情预警和控制、慢性疾病病因调查、预防治疗上的重要性，并针对大数据在疾病防控方面准确度不高、数据公开与隐私保护不足的缺点提出建议。
