目的观察羊膜修复眼睑撕裂泪道损伤的效果.方法回顾性分析2006-02~2009-11在笔者所在医院接受治疗的眼睑撕裂泪小管断裂患者36例,其中20例采用羊膜修复联合泪小管吻合术(修复组),16例单纯泪小管吻合术(对照组).术后4个月拔除置管,于拔管后第1、2、4周,第2、3月复查,随访6~21个月,观察流泪,泪道冲洗及泪液清除率的变化,评价其疗效.结果至随访时间：修复组治愈19例(95.00%),对照组治愈11例(68.75%)；修复组19例泪液清除率正常(95.00%),对照组10例泪液清除率正常(62.50%).结论应用羊膜联合泪小管吻合术对眼睑撕裂泪管断裂的修复成功率较高.% Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of repairing with amniotic membrane transplantation (AMT) on the eyelid laceration induced lacrimal duct injury. Methods A total of 36 cases of canaliculus lacrimalis laceration were evaluated. AMT combined with canaliculoplasty were applied for 20 cases with traumatic canaliculus lacrimalis laceration as reconstruction group; 16 patients of traumatic canaliculus lacrimalis laceration were treated with canaliculoplasty as control group. The tube was removaled at 4 months after operation, and the re-examination were performed on at 1,2,4 weeks and 2,3 months after tube removal. The follow-up lasted for 6-21 months. The complications of the treatment were observed, then the curative effects were evaluated. Results Up to the end of the follow-up, 19 of 20 cases (95.00%) in reconstruction group were recovered, 11 of 16 cases (68.75% ) in control group were recovered; in 19 cases (95.00% ) of reconstruction group tear clearance rate became normal, 10 cases (62.50% ) of control group tear clearance rate became normal. Conclusion AMT combined with canaliculoplasty is a safe and effective surgery for the eyelid laceration induced lacrimal duct injury.
