目的 探讨中/长链脂肪乳致严重迟发性过敏反应的临床特点, 为临床安全用药提供参考.方法对1 例中/长链脂肪乳致严重迟发性过敏反应患者的临床资料及治疗过程进行回顾性分析, 并复习国内外相关文献报道.结果 中/长链脂肪乳中的大豆蛋白可能是患者出现严重迟发性过敏反应的诱因, 临床应当给予高度重视.结论 对于使用脂肪乳的患者, 医务人员应当仔细询问其过敏史, 加强用药监测, 对于可能出现的迟发性过敏反应须提高警惕, 保障患者用药安全.%Objective To discuss the clinical features of severe delayed allergic reaction caused by medium and long chain fat emulison injection, and to provide a reference for safe drug use clinically. Methods The clinical data and treatment process of the patient with severe delayed allergic reaction were analyzed retrospectively, the relevant literatures at home and abroad were reviewed. Results The soy protein in the medium and long chain fat emulsion may be the cause of severe delayed allergic reaction, and the clinicians should pay much attention to it. Conclusion For those who use fat emulsion, medical personnel should carefully ask about their allergy history and strengthen the monitoring of the drug. It is necessary to be vigilant about the possibility of delayed allergic reaction and ensure the safety of patients.
