Objective To investigate the effect of different doses of pravastatin on lipid metabolism and glucose metabolism in elderly non-diabetic patients.Methods A total of 100 cases of elderly non-diabetic patients were selected.They were treated with conventional dose (40 mg),half dose (20 mg) and minimum dose (10 mg) of pravastatin for 1 month,and the indexes of blood lipid,fasting blood glucose,liver function,renal function,creatine kinase and glycosylated hemoglobin were observed before and after treatment.Results The TC and LDL-c decreased significantly at the first,second and third months after treatment (P ＜0.01),but no significant difference was found in fasting blood glucose,ALT,BUN,Cr and HbA1 c (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Low-dose of pravastatin is safe and effective for elderly non-diabetic patients%目的 探讨老年非糖尿病患者应用不同剂量普伐他汀的降脂效果以及对糖代谢的影响.方法 选取100例老年非糖尿病患者,观察患者治疗前及服用常规剂量(40 mg)、半量(20 mg)、最小量(10 mg)普伐他汀1个月的血脂各项指标、空腹血糖、肝功能、肾功能、肌酸激酶、糖化血红蛋白等指标的变化.结果 与治疗前相比,用药第1、2、3个月总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、尿素氮、肌酐及肌酸激酶水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 老年非糖尿病患者应用小剂量普伐他汀安全、有效.
