焊后热处理对反应堆压力容器内环形件焊接残余应力的影响

         

摘要

The distribution of welding residual stress of the reactor pressure vessel(RPV) inner ring and the effect of post weld heat treatment(PWHT) on stress relief were investigated using finite element method.It is found that the residual stress decreased to 40 MPa after PWHT,and the simulated results are consistent using different creep laws.The final residual stress level is hardly affected by PWHT during the welding process.PWHT can′t eliminate all of the residual stress,and a more conservative strength evaluation can be achieved by a criterion that takes the effect of residual stress into account.%基于有限元方法对反应堆压力容器内环形件的焊接残余应力分布情况及焊后热处理过程对残余应力消除的影响进行了探究.结果表明,热处理后残余应力降低到40 MPa左右,采用不同的蠕变准则,其计算结果一致;且中间热处理对于结构最终的应力状态影响不大.热处理后残余应力不能够完全消除,强度校核时考虑残余应力的作用能够得到更加保守的结果.
