The C-tube is applicable to the submerged heat exchanger with large height difference,and the thermal stress cannot be released.The influence of passive residual heat removal heat exchanger(PRHR HX) support arrangement on the thermal stress of the C-tube was studied by changing the parameters of the fillet R,distance of the fillet transition zone and support.According to the results of the analysis and calculation,an optimal design has been put forward for the CAP1000 nuclear power project PRHR HX,which makes the maximum thermal stress of the tube in the original design and the stress level of the Ⅲ B/ⅢT support reaction force of the support bar obviously reduced.The results provide guidance for the engineering design.%C形传热管适用于高度差较大的沉浸式热交换器,而热应力不能得到释放是其不可避免的问题.采用有限元方法,通过改变C形传热管的圆角R、圆角过渡区与支撑的距离等参数,研究了非能动余热排出热交换器(PRHR HX)支撑布置对C形传热管热应力的影响.根据分析计算结果,对CAP1000核电项目PRHR HX提出了具体的优化方案,使原工程设计方案中传热管的最大热应力与支撑条Ⅲ B/Ⅲ T支反力的应力水平明显降低.研究结果为后续工程设计提供依据.
