Objective:To research the clinical curative effect of applying the homemade icy aloe extract gargling to prevent the oral mucositis caused by chemotherapy in hematological patients. Methods:To decide the 401 case-times patients random-ly to two groups,201 case-times in treatment group,and the 200 case-times in control group. The treatment group is gargling with homemade icy aloe extract,and the control group with the mixed liquor of normal saline combined with metronidazole and nystatin. Seven days is a course of treatment,and lateran to evaluate the effect of the two groups after one weeks. Results:The effective rate is 97. 51﹪ in treatment group,and 42. 00﹪ in control group. The difference between two groups is statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:The effect is significant with the homemade icy aloe extract gargling to prevention and cure the oral mucositis caused by chemotherapy in hematological malignancies patients. It is economical and practical,and accepta-ble for patients.%目的：研究自制冰芦荟液漱口预防血液病化疗患者口腔黏膜炎的临床效果。方法：将401例次患者随机分为两组，观察组201例次，对照组200例次。观察组以自制冰芦荟液漱口，对照组以生理盐水（ NS）﹢甲硝唑注射液﹢制霉菌素混合液漱口。7 d为1个疗程，治疗后两周评价两组疗效。结果：观察组有效率为97.51﹪，对照组有效率为42.00﹪，两组有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（ P﹤0.05）。结论：自制冰芦荟漱口液对预防血液病化疗患者口腔黏膜炎有显著效果，经济实惠，患者易于接受。
