湖北省中医院儿童呼吸道分离肺炎链球菌及其耐药性分析

         

摘要

目的:了解湖北省中医院患儿呼吸道分离肺炎链球菌情况及其耐药性,探讨中医院预防和控制肺炎链球菌感染中存在的问题,并提出有效的措施。方法:对2013年1月—2015年12月湖北省中医院住院患儿呼吸道标本进行分离培养、细菌鉴定和药敏分析,并收集个人资料。结果:湖北省中医院患儿肺炎链球菌检出率显著低于国内西医院;女性患儿肺炎链球菌的检出率与男性患儿差别不大;3岁以下患儿肺炎链球菌的检出率明显高于3岁以上患儿;肺炎链球菌对克林霉素、红霉素、青霉素耐药率较高,对氯霉素、左氧氟沙星敏感率较高,对万古霉素和利奈唑胺敏感率最高。结论:与西医院比较,湖北省中医院患儿肺炎链球菌检出率较低,抗菌药物耐药率控制较好,后期应着重发挥祖国医学治疗手段在预防和控制医院感染中的作用,可将利奈唑胺作为首诊用抗生素。%Objective:To understand the difference between detection and antimicrobial resistance of Streptococcus pneu-moniae isolated from children with respiratory tract in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hubei. To investigate the prob-lem of preventing and controlling the infection of Streptococcus pneumoniae. And to put forward effective measures for refer-ence. Methods:Isolation,culture,identification and drug sensitivity analysis of respiratory specimens from hospitalized children in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hubei from December 2015 to January 2013. And to collect personal information. Results:The detection rate of Streptococcus pneumoniae Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hubei was significantly lower than that in west china hospital. The detection rate of Streptococcus pneumoniae in female children was not very different from the male children. The detection rate of Streptococcus pneumoniae in children under 3 years of age was significantly higher than that of 3 years old. The drug resistant rate of Streptococcus pneumoniae to clindamycin,erythromycin,penicillin was higher. The drug sensitivity rate of Streptococcus pneumoniae to other macrolides,chloramphenicol and levofloxacin was higher. The drug sensitivity rate of Streptococcus pneumoniae to vancomycin and linezolid was the highest. Conclusion:Compared with west hos-pital,the detection of Streptococcus pneumoniae in children Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Hubei was lower,the drug resistant rate of antibiotics is better. In the late period,we should focus on the role of the chinese medical treatment in the prevention and control of hospital infection,linezolid can be used as the first diagnostic use of antimicrobial agents.
