Objective:To analyze the application of antimicrobial drugs for preoperative patients in the general surgery de-partment in our hospital and make objective evaluation. Methods:Make statistic analysis of the antimicrobial drug application in preoperative period from the 320 general surgical operation cases randomly drawn during the period form January to February in 2015. Results:Antimicrobial drugs were used by all patients in preoperative period. Cephalosporins was the most commonly used,which 72. 8% patients used in less than 2 h before surgery,22. 2% patients used more than 2 h and 5. 0% patients did not use. Antimicrobial drugs were used for comparatively longer period after surgery. Conclusion:Regulation for antimicrobial drug application in preoperative period should be made to strengthen the rational use of drugs by clinical doctors. The supervi-sion of drug administrative department should be reinforced.%目的：分析普外科围手术期患者抗感染用药情况，并做出客观评价。方法：选择2015年1月—2015年10月普外科手术病例320份，统计围术期抗菌药物的应用情况。结果：围术期抗菌药物使用率为100%，使用最多为头孢菌素类。术前低于2 h 使用占72.8%，超过2 h 者占22.2%，未用者5.0%。术后使用抗菌药物的时间普遍偏长。结论：制订围术期抗菌药物使用规范，强化临床医生规范用药，加大药品管理部门的监督职责。
