目的：总结负压封闭引流（VSD）在糖尿病足伤口床准备中的应用经验。方法：2012年6月—2015年2月收治糖尿病足患者32例，采用 VSD 治疗，观察疗效。结果：经过 VSD 治疗14~21 d 后，34个肢体创面床31个准备良好，创面出血2例，引流液返流1例。行皮肤移植、皮瓣移植或人工真皮移植修复创面。5例创面进行性坏死，经过下肢动脉球囊扩张或安置支架，再次负压治疗、手术后愈合，1例自动出院，1例死于消化道出血，1例死于脑梗塞。结论：负压封闭引流在糖尿病足伤口床准备中疗效确切。%Objective:To study the application experience of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)for wound bed preparation of diabetes foot. Methods:A total of 32 diabetes foot patients were treated by VSD from June 2012 to February 2015. Results:After 14 ~ 21 days of VSD treatment,34 extremities′ wound bed were prepared for operation including skin graft,flap graft,and artifi-cial dermis graft,but 5 wound became worse. After lower limb artery balloon dilatation or stent placement,they became better a-gain. Wound bleeding occured in 2 patient and drainage fluid backflowed in 1 patient during VSD treatment. 1 patient dis-charged without medical advice. 1 patient died of digestive tract bleeding,and 1 patient died of cerebral infarction. Conclu-sions:VSD was recommended to used in diabetes foot wound bed preparation.
