Objective:To investigate the CT manifestations and diagnostic value of retroperitoneal primary tumor. Meth-ods:To analysis retrospectively 40 cases of retroperitoneal tumors,all cases were confirmed by clinical and pathology,were per-formed CT scan and enhanced scan. Results:Forteen cases of neurogenic tumor;lip sarcoma 9 cases;leiomyosarcoma in 7 ca-ses;benign teratoma in 3 cases;outer malignant gastrointestinal tumor in 3 cases;pheochromocytoma in 2 cases;malignant fi-brous histiocytoma in 2 cases. Conclusion:The CT manifestations of primary retroperitoneal tumors have certain characteristics and careful analysis tumor size form part of the range of density and the relationship with the adjacent structure can make more accurate imaging diagnosis.%目的：探讨腹膜后原发肿瘤的 CT 表现及诊断价值。方法：回顾分析40例经平扫及增强扫描的腹膜后肿瘤病例，归纳分析其 CT 征象。结果：神经源性肿瘤14例，脂肪肉瘤9例，平滑肌肉瘤7例，良性畸胎瘤3例，恶性胃肠外间质瘤3例，嗜铬细胞瘤2例，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤2例。结论：原发性腹膜后肿瘤的 CT 表现有一定的特征和规律。仔细分析肿瘤的部位、大小、形态、范围、密度及与邻近结构的关系，可以做出较为准确的影像学诊断。
