Objective:To summery some nearly five years of clinical use of blood products,provide the basis for blood col-lection and management. Methods:To compare the clinical blood,department blood and rate of component blood transfusion from January 2009 to December 2013 Results:Total and partial use of blood products haven't changed much,composition blood transfusion rate was 99. 1%. To compare department blood,surgical department was the most. Blood transfusion indications co-incidence rate was 93. 5%,the blood transfusion adverse reaction rate was 1. 1%. Conclusion:Situation has gradually towards standardization of clini cal blood use. But still need to strengthen the management of blood products and use of the work.%目的：总结近5年临床使用血液制品情况，为用血管理提供依据。方法：对2009年1月-2013年12月临床用血情况和科室用血结果及成分输血率进行比较。结果：全院血液制品使用总量变化不大，成分输血率在99.1%左右，科室用血量比较，以普外科用血最多。输血指证符合率为93.5%，输血不良反应率为1.1%。结论：临床用血情况已逐步走向正规化，但仍需加强血液制品的管理和使用工作。
