计及预测可信度时段差异性的含分布式可再生能源配电网调度策略

         

摘要

配电网中分布式发电与用电负荷的不确定性叠加,为可再生能源本地消纳带来困难.本文针对含分布式可再生能源配电网的日前调度计划优化问题,提出了考虑预测可信度时段差异性的配电网调度策略,通过可信度修正引导可调度资源在各时段之间的优化分配,在满足可再生能源就地消纳基础上综合平抑各时段风险.在求解过程中,通过模型重构与初始可行解的构建,提升计算效率.使用IEEE-33节点配电系统搭建仿真算例,结果表明优化后的调度策略可以有效提升可再生能源就地消纳能力,降低调度计划执行风险.%The superposition of uncertainties in distributed generations and load in distribution network causes difficul?ty in the local consumption of renewable energies. In this paper,to solve the optimization problem of day-ahead dis?patching plan for the distribution network with distributed renewable energies,a dispatching strategy is established in consideration of the interval difference of predicting credibility.By introducing credibility modification,the available re?sources are allocated optimally in different intervals.In this way,a comprehensive control of risk in different intervals can be achieved based on the local consumption of renewable energies. During the solving process,the efficiency of computation is improved through model reconstruction and the construction of initial feasible solutions.A simulation ex?ample based on an IEEE 33-bus system shows that the optimized dispatching strategy can effectively improve the local consumption capacity of renewable energies and reduce the operation risk in the dispatching plan.
