基于PMU计及动态过程的电压在线评估

         

摘要

This paper presents an on-line equivalent algorithm for power system based on the phasor measurement unit. The method takes into account the changes of the system parameters and load level of the votage, which overcome the parameters drift problem and the shortage of traditional two points power flow method that supposing the parameters are fixed after a small disturbance. On this basis, the load margin indexes which include the voltage stability margin and alert margin are proposed on the basis of the distance to voltage threshold and equivalent parameters, which reflect the current load level fast and visually, and provide the basis for the voltage control on-line. Compareing all the load nodes' indexes ? The weak nodes can be found. The correctness and effectiveness of the proposed strategy are validated by simulation results of IEEE 14-bus power system.%提出基于相量测量装置的电力系统在线等效算法.该方法考虑系统等效参数及负荷变化对电压的影响,克服了传统两点潮流法假设小扰动前后系统等效参数不变的缺点及等效参数的漂移问题.在此基础上,利用等效参数判断与电压临界点的距离,提出节点的负荷裕度指标,包括电压稳定裕度和警戒裕度,该指标直观、快速反映当前运行点的负荷水平,为电压在线控制提供依据.将系统中所有负荷节点指标相比较,可找出薄弱节点.在IEEE14节点系统上进行数值仿真,验证了该方法的正确性及有效性.
