The wind power generation controlling the frequency of power system is the required function for the synchronization of large- scale wind power. This paper investigates the variable-speed constant-frequency doubly-fed induction generators(DFIGS) to control the frequency of power system, and then analyzes the added frequency control segment in the system. By comparing an mature control strategy with an improved control strategy, a better control strategy was developed according to the characteristics of these two separate strategies, which is used to fully utilize the ability of variable-speed DFIGS to participate in system frequency control. The simulation results of the system demonstrates the correctness and availability of the improved control strategy in this paper.%风力发电参与电力系统频率的控制是大规模风电并网需具备的功能.以变速恒频双馈风电机组参与电力系统频率控制为研究对象,对现在研究中提出的在变速恒频双馈电机控制系统中增加频率控制环节进行分析,采用现在研究较为成熟的控制方法和一种改进控制方法进行分析比较,推出了将两者控制方法特点相结合的控制策略,来最大限度地利用变速双馈风电机组参与频率控制的能力,仿真结果验证了该控制策略的正确性和有效性.
