解耦控制在酸气压缩机性能控制中的应用

         

摘要

The commissioning of the acid gas compressor control system are the prerequisite and guarantee for the stable operation of the plant.When the parameters of feed gas fluctuate,acid gas compressor speed regulating system and antisurge control system are influencing each other,thus coupling relationship is formed in the process of parameter adjustment.The structure and functions of Tri-sen control system are introduced briefly.The coupling phenomenon during operation of the acid gas compressor has been described,and the surge process parameters of compressor unit are given. The decoupling control method based on Tri -sen control system is put forward.In accordance with the process demands,this method innovatively adjusts the surge control line and the speed control line in the opposite direction,to reach the decoupling target.The results of actual production and application show that the decoupling control can effectively solve the coupling relationship of the acid gas compressor in the process of parameter adjustment.Process demand scheduler(PDS) can control frequency converter-regulator system and the surge control systems of compressor in abnormal conditions. It realizes the stable operation of the unit. The decoupling control method is a reference for the operation and management of similar plants.%酸气压缩机控制系统的调试是装置稳定运行的前提与保障.当原料气参数波动时,酸气压缩机转速调节系统与防喘振控制系统互相影响,形成参数调整过程中的耦合关系.对解耦控制进行优化.介绍了Tri-sen控制系统的结构及功能,描述了酸气压缩机在运行过程中存在的耦合现象,给出了压缩机组的喘振过程参数的计算方法,提出了基于Tri-sen控制系统的解耦控制方法.该方法根据过程参数控制需求,创新性地通过反方向调节喘振控制线和转速控制线,实现了解耦控制.实际生产和应用结果表明:解耦控制能够有效解决酸气压缩机在参数调整过程中存在的耦合关系;过程指令调度器(PDS)在异常工况下可及时控制压缩机变频调节系统和防喘振系统,实现了机组的稳定运行.该解耦控制方法对同类机组的运行管理具有借鉴作用.
