基于神经元PID的SCR脱硝控制系统研究

         

摘要

Air pollution has become one of the most important problems to be solved in the process of social development,and the control technology of flue gas SCR denitrification has become the key technology in the field of environmental protection.The issue for well implementing nitrogen oxide emission control based on SCR technology is studied.By adopting the SCR denitrification method based on neuron PID,the systematic function and control algorithm are analyzed emphatically;through Matlab simulation and experimental verification,from the angle of the combination of theory and practice,the neuron PID based SCR denitrification system is researched and analyzed.By combining the neural network technology and traditional PID control technology,the mature of traditional PID technology is kept,and the advancement of intelligent control technology is introduced.This control method is verified by the practical application in Maizy chemical project,the denitrification efficiency is stably above 92%,it shows that the control algorithm is advanced with strong anti-interference capability.The control method can promote the further development of SCR denitrification technology,and the intelligent control technology to a new field,it possesses practical significance to the promotion of environmental protection and social development.%大气污染问题已成为当今社会发展过程中亟待解决的重要问题之一,而烟气选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝控制技术是环保脱硝领域的关键技术.对如何更好地实现基于SCR技术的氮氧化物排放控制问题进行了研究,提出了基于神经元PID的SCR脱硝控制系统.重点分析了系统功能和控制算法.通过Matlab仿真与试验验证,从理论和实践相结合的角度对基于神经元PID的SCR脱硝控制系统进行了研究和分析.通过在某化学项目中的实际应用,验证了该控制方法能够使脱硝效率稳定地保持在92%以上,表明其是一种先进的、抗干扰能力强的控制算法.该控制方法能够促进SCR脱硝技术的进一步发展,并将智能控制技术推向新的应用领域,对于促进环境保护和社会发展都有一定的实际意义.
