管损统计在供热网SCADA系统中的应用

         

摘要

In the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system used for energy management,according to the large amount of data acquired and the requirements of users,a lot of data analysis works can be done.It has an unexpected effect on the safety assurance of the system,the timely detection of faults and existing problems,optimization of the operation and management and acquisition of greater economic benefits.The calculation and monitoring method for pipeline loss in energy supply network is discussed emphatically,and the examples of the regular loss increasing in the steam heating network are analyzed,and the reasons of increasing pipeline loss are found out.For sure,the over flow rate of vortex flowmeter leads to lower indication value,according to the accurate calculation,the over plow rate of two large caliber flowmeters is proved,then by replacing two high-quality vortex flowmeters whose upper limit flow rate is up to 80 m/s,thus the accurate measurement is achieved,and the huge economic losses are redeemed for the enterprise.Finding the causes of the misalignment of the flowmeter is a highly skilled work that requires meticulous field investigation to solve practical problems.%在用于能源管理的数据采集与监控(SCADA)系统中,根据采集得到的大量数据和用户的需求,可进行多种数据分析工作.这对保证系统安全、及时发现故障和存在的问题、进行优化操作和管理、争取更大的经济效益,有着意想不到的效果.重点讨论了管路损耗计算和监控方法,并就蒸汽供热网中管网损耗有规律增大的实例进行分析,找出管损增大的原因.由于涡街流量计超流速必引发示值偏低,通过准确的计算,证明了2台大口径流量计存在超流速的情况.换上2台上限流速可达80 m/s的优质涡街流量计后,实现了准确测量,为企业挽回了巨大的经济损失.查找流量计失准的原因是一项技巧性极强的工作,必须进行细致的实地调查研究,以解决实际问题.
