随着科学技术的发展与社会生产力的日益提高,能源、资源匮乏的形势也日趋严峻.企业能源系统化管理的重要性和迫切性越来越受到重视.由于企业的生产特性,其能源消耗一直存在高电耗、高水耗等问题,进而也会产生高污染等问题.究其源头,是在于能源的使用过程中,不仅资源、能源不能被有效利用,而且会造成大量可用资源流失.采用LonWorks网络技术,构建了能源监管平台.该平台以计算机、通信设备、测控单元为基本工具,采用分布式监控和集中管理的网络结构.其通过对企业各类能耗参数的收集、分析,运用科学算法发出合理的操作指令,实现了企业生产过程的科学用能、安全用能,达到了能源高效合理利用、降低消耗、提升效益的最终目的.%With the development of science and technology and the increasing of social productivity,the situation of the energy and resource scarcity becomes more and more seriously. The importance and urgency of the energy systematic management of enterprises will be paid more and more attention. Due to the production characteristics of enterprise,the energy consumption has always existing in huge power and water consumptions and other problems, which can also lead to high pollution. Studying its source,in the process of energy use,the resource and energy are not effectively to be utilized,and a large amount of available resources is lost and discharged. By using LonWorks network technology,an energy regulatory platform is established. The platform is composed of computer, communication equipment, and monitoring and control unit as the basic tool, and the distributed monitoring and centralized management network structure is adopted. Through collecting and analyzing various energy consumption data,and calculating by scientific algorithm, suitable instructions and commands are issued, to realize scientific and safety utilization in production process,thus the final goal of high efficient energy utilization,less energy consumption and large benefits is reached.
