基于地磁传感器的车辆检测算法研究

         

摘要

To deal with the disadvantages of existing vehicle detection algorithm based on geomagnetic sensor, e.g., baseline drift, low detection accuracy caused by fixed threshold, and misjudgment of the state machine because of the interference, a novel adaptive threshold and finite state machine vehicle detection algorithm based on geomagnetic sensor is proposed. The principle of anisotropic magneto resistive(AMR) geomagnetic sensor in vehicle detection is researched, the original signal collected by AMR sensor is analyzed, and processed by sliding window mean value filtering to eliminate the detection error caused by drift of baseline and accumulate error caused by the fixed threshold, and the adaptive vehicle detection algorithm of baseline and threshold updated in real time is proposed.In the algorithm,weighted function is designed to realize the baseline real-time update,and the threshold update following with the baseline.In addition, with multi-state machine as the main body, in finite state machine, two of the states are added, i.e., the vehicle arrival count state, and the fluctuation count state, thus the misjudgment caused by interference is eliminated, and the detection accuracy is enhanced. The field test result shows that the proposed algorithm can be applied to detect the vehicle flow in intelligent traffic system and the detection accuracy can reach up to 97%.%针对现有地磁传感器车辆检测算法存在基线漂移、固定阈值导致车辆检测准确率低,以及干扰引起的状态机误判等问题,提出了基于地磁传感器的自适应阈值有限状态机车辆检测算法.在研究了三轴异相磁阻(AMR)地磁传感器车辆检测原理的基础上,分析了AMR传感器采集的原始信号,对原始信号进行了滑动窗口均值滤波处理;为了消除基准值漂移造成的检测误差和固定阈值造成的累积误差,提出了基准值和阈值实时更新的自适应车辆检测算法.采用加权函数进行基准值的实时更新,阈值随着基准值的更新而更新.同时,该算法以多状态机判断为主体,在有限状态机中增加了车辆到来计数和波动计数两个状态,消除了干扰引起的误判,提高了车辆检测准确率.现场车辆测试结果表明,该算法的车流量检测准确率在97%以上,可用于智能交通系统中车流量的检测.
