基于GPRS的塔吊电机远程监测终端设计

         

摘要

In order to effectively monitor the operating conditions of tower crane motor, and avoid the accident occurrence, the monitoring terminal for tower crane motor is designed. The running parameters of motor,and the state of faults,such as overvoltage,overcurrent,break phase and phase sequence errors,are measured and detected through ATT7022 chip. The calibration of system is conducted by using signal generator, which is more suitable for field application. The mechanism of GPRS online forever is setup to ensure reliable data transmission and real time remote monitoring. The performance of terminal is verified through TCP&UCP communication software test. The terminal is of great significance for the safe operation of tower crane and has practical spread value.%为了有效监测塔吊电机工作状态,防止事故的发生,设计了塔吊电机远程监测终端。通过ATT7022芯片,实现了电机运行参数的测量以及过压、过流、断相和相序错误等故障状态检测;采用信号发生器校准的方法,完成了适于现场应用的系统校准;建立了GPRS永远在线机制,保障了数据的可靠传输和远程的实时监测;通过TCP&UDP通信软件测试,验证了终端性能。整个终端对于塔吊的安全作业有着十分重要的意义,具有实用推广价值。
