基于ZigBee的超低功耗冻结井壁无线测温系统

         

摘要

Aiming at the difficult wiring problem of temperature measurement system in construction of traditional coalmine vertical shaft,the wireless temperature measurement system with low power consumption based on ZigBee protocol stack BitCloud is developed for freezing shaft wall. With ATmega128RFR2 as the control core of coordinator and router,a tree type network with multiple routings is constituted by using the 1-wire bus temperature measurement technology. The designs of system scheme,hardware,software and low power consumption for temperature measurement node are given. The test results in actual freezing engineering project show that this temperature measurement system is stable,the temperature data are reliable,and the life cycle of wireless temperature measuring network is longer than the pouring construction period of shaft wall. Comparing with traditional temperature measurement methods, the difficulty of construction of this temperature measurement system is further simplified,and the wireless networking is more flexible.%针对传统煤矿立井施工测温系统不易布线的问题,开发了基于ZigBee协议栈BitCloud的超低功耗冻结井壁无线测温系统。系统以ATmega128RFR2作为协调器和路由器的控制核心,利用单总线测温技术,构成了一个多路由的树型网络。给出了系统方案设计、测温节点软硬件设计和超低功耗设计。实际冻结工程项目测试结果表明,测温系统稳定,温度数据可靠,无线测温网络寿命大于井壁浇筑施工周期。与传统测温方法相比,该测温系统的施工难度进一步简化,无线组网方式更为灵活。
