锅炉炉膛声学与红外耦合测温系统的研究

         

摘要

At present, the temperature field monitoring system, which is constructed by combining acoustic temperature measurement method and infrared temperature measurement method, cannot reach the expected requirement of accuracy for the project. Therefore, through researching the basic theories of acoustic and infrared temperature measurement, the Area - X coupling function is obtained by using mathematical modeling method, and the acoustic/infrared coupling temperature measurement and monitoring system is constructed, the system consists of data collection, signal conversion, and signal fitting modules, etc. The constructed temperature field detection system organically combines the advantages of acoustic temperature measurement and infrared temperature measurement, and further improves the degree of precision of real-time on-line measurement and control for temperature field of boiler furnace.%目前,以声学测温与红外测温两种测温方法单一构建的温度场监测系统,无法达到工程预期的精度要求。为此,通过对声学及红外测温的基本理论进行研究,利用数学建模得到Area-X耦合函数,并构建由数值收集、信号转化、信号拟合等模块组成的声学与红外耦合测温的监测系统。构建的温度场监测系统能够有机结合声学测温与红外测温两者在测温方面的优势,进一步提高对锅炉炉膛温度场实时在线测控的精确度。
