一种基于单片机的低温蒸汽发电机控制器的研究

         

摘要

针对目前低温余热蒸汽回收难度大的问题,开发了一种罗茨式蒸汽动力机,并以此为基础设计了一套可移植、通用性强的模块化嵌入式控制系统。模块化设计的软、硬件系统,既便于系统功能的扩展和裁剪,又便于系统的管理和维护。从总体结构方案、硬件设计以及软件设计三个方面对其进行了具体阐述,通过相应的试验研究,验证了控制系统的可行性,也为下一步的样机及其他类型发电机组的应用奠定了基础。%Aiming at the great difficulty in recovery of low temperature waste heat steam,a Roots-type steam power machine is developed,and based on it;a transplantable and versatile modular embedded control system is designed. The software and hardware that are designed modularly is easy to expand or trim the systematic functions,as well as is easy to manage and maintain the system. The overall structural scheme,hardware design and software design are elaborated specifically; furthermore, corresponding tests and research of the controller are done to verify the feasibility of the control system,thus laid foundation for the application of next prototype and other types of generators.
