变压器绝缘系统性能与绕组温升自动测试系统

         

摘要

对GB 19212.1(IEC 61558-1)标准中关于电子电路类变压器产品中绕组温升的型式试验项目进行了研究。基于LabVIEW图形化编程环境,采用模块化结构设计,研发了一套智能自动化测试系统。该系统可完成包括试验设备控制、数据分析、实时监测、定时采集与算法处理、试验方案保存与原始记录生成等一系列功能。试验表明,该系统实现了毫秒级物理断开、同步切换和定时采集,克服了温升试验中以往传统人工测试的诸多不确定性,显著减少了人员在线时间,有效保证了试验可复制性、结果一致性和可追溯性。%The type test items about temperature rising of windings listed in GB 19212. 1 (IEC 61558-1) for electronic circuit transformers are researched. Based on LabVIEW graphical programming environment, by using modular structure design, an intelligent automatic test system has been developed. A series of functions, including experimental equipment control, data analysis, real time monitoring, timing acquisition and algorithm processing, test schemes preservation and original record generation, etc. , can be achieved by this system. The test results show that this system implements millisecond physical disconnection, synchronous switching and timing acquisition, and overcomes the uncertainty in traditional manual tests, and significantly reduce personnel time spent online, and effectively ensure the reproducibility, consistency and traceability of the test results.
