基于马尔科夫的多路控制器可靠性及安全评估

         

摘要

In modern industrial production process, if the security of controller and reliability are not high enough, safety hazards would exist in industrial scene, in addition, there is limitation for enhancing industrial production efficiency. Aiming at this condition, it is proposed that by establishing Markov model for the controller system, the reliability and safety can be evaluated. With embedded multi-channel controller as example, Markov model is established, and steady state availability, i. e. , the reliability of the system can be obtained by three different methods, thus to implement reliability analysis for the system. The practice proves that this model provides supports for diagnosis and maintenance of the equipment and system.%在现代工业生产过程中,若控制器的安全性与可靠性较低,会使工业现场存在安全隐患,同时对提高工业生产效率有一定局限性。针对这些问题,通过对控制器系统建立马尔科夫模型来评估其可靠性及安全性。以嵌入式为平台的多路控制器为实例,建立马尔科夫模型,并采用3种不同的方法求得系统的稳态可用率即系统的可靠度,从而实现对系统的可靠性分析。实践证明,该模型为设备及系统的有效诊断和维修提供了支持。
