钒铁冶炼炉安全自动点火装置研究

         

摘要

为了解决钒铁冶炼炉点火过程的安全自动化问题,依据钒铁冶炼过程特点及安全性需求,建立冶炼炉PLC控制系统,并构建了钒铁冶炼炉安全自动点火装置。新型点火装置包括炉体台车定位机构、摆臂机构、火杆伸缩机构、安全防护屏、安全监控装置、电子点火枪的点火与撤离自动化过程。涉及安全及操作的13个对比项均优于传统设备。细化生产操作过程的步骤、顺序、状态以及分析各步骤可能发生的问题是构建安全点火装置过程自动化的基础,对同类开发研究具有参考价值。%In order to implement the safety automation for smelting furnace of Vanadium iron, in accordance with the features of smelting process of Vanadium iron and the safety requirements, the PLC control system of the smelting furnace is established. And the ignition device for Vanadium iron smelting furnace is established. The new ignition device includes positioning mechanism of the furnace body trolley, swinging arm mechanism, fire rod extending and retracting mechanism, safety protection shield, safety monitoring device, the ignition and automatic withdrawal process of electronic ignition guns. Comparing with the traditional equipment, the new control system is better in 13 contrast items that related to safety and operations. From the research, it is found that analyzing the details of the production operation steps, sequence, states and the problems may occur in each step is the foundation of establishing process automation for safety ignition device, this is worth to be referenced for similar development and research.
