The quality and time of natural gas flowmeter primary verification technology based on static mass method can be traced to the national benchmark of quality and time, so the technology can achieve higher accuracy of measurement and has been widely applied. The uncertainty is the measure index of metering and verification accuracy of natural gas flow, the uncertainty of the static mass method is analyzed and calculated in-depth, on this basis, key measures for reducing uncertainty of the primary flow verification method are proposed. The analysis lays foundation for popularization and application of this technology in natural gas flow metering and verification.%基于静态质量法的气体流量计原级检定技术的质量和时间测量方法符合国家质量和时间的测量最高标准,且可以达到很高的测量准确度,应用更为广泛。不确定度是天然气流量计量检定精度的衡量指标,深入分析计算了静态质量法的不确定度,在此基础上,提出了降低流量原级检定法不确定度的关键措施,为该技术在天然气流量计量检定中的推广应用奠定了基础。
