微功耗无线围岩变形监测系统设计

         

摘要

巷道围岩变形监测是评价巷道支护质量、优化支护参数和保障顶板安全的重要手段。当大量安装围岩变形监测传感器进行监测时,经常遇到无稳定外部交流电源供电且布线繁琐等问题,为此开发了一种微功耗定时采样的围岩变形监测系统。采用电池供电和ZigBee无线传输方案,通过本质低功耗设计、软件优化设计和电源管理降低系统功耗。实测结果验证该系统最低工作电流可达到微安级,系统不需要更换电池就可以正常工作3年以上。%Deformation monitoring of roadway wall rock is very important means for evaluating supporting quality, optimizing supporting parameters and ensuring safety of the roof. When installing large amount of deformation sensors for monitoring, there may not be stable external AC power supplies, and the wirings are tedious. Thus the micro▬power consumption and timely sampling roadway deformation monitoring system is developed. The system is powered by batteries; and the ZigBee wireless transmission strategy is adopted. Through essentially low power design and optimized software design, the results of practical test verify that the minimum operating current is in μA level, the system can be operated normally up to three years without replacing the batteries.
