西气东输二线分输压力流量控制逻辑优化

         

摘要

在西气东输二线站场中,电动调节阀执行机构在掉电后重新上电时,会出现阀门自动关断的现象.为解决该问题,对调节阀的分输压力流量控制逻辑及其执行机构工作原理进行分析,分析得出问题的原因在于控制逻辑不完善.为此,在保证电动调节阀原功能不变的前提下,对控制逻辑进行了优化.测试结果表明,优化后的控制逻辑解决了电动调节阀误关断的问题,对保证站场的安全平稳运行有重要作用.%In stations of the second west-east natural pipeline, the electric valves may automatically shut off when the actuators re-powered. Through analyzing the control logic of the valve for sub-transmission pressure and flow and the operational principle of the actuator, the cause of imperfect control logic is found. Therefore, under the premise of unchanging the original functions of electric control valve, the control logic is optimized. The test result shows that the optimized control logic solves the problem of mistakenly shutdown of electric control valve, and it is the important role to grantee the safety and stable operation of the stations.
