井下排水控制系统设计及应用

         

摘要

In order to meet the need of automatic control for drainage pumps underground of coal mine, the underground drainage control system based on ARM and WinCE is designed. With intelligent control algorithm loaded, the pumps can be scientifically dispatched and controlled by the system in accordance with the water level of the water tank, and utilizing electricity by avoiding peak (to filling valley). When the pump fails, it can be switched over to the spare water pump, thus the automation of water pump monitoring is realized. The simulation indicates that the system features simple structure, ease control, high-level of automation, stable and reliable operation. Unattended control of multiple pumps can be implemented for reducing work intensity and energy saving, thus safety and efficiency of coalmine production are enhanced.%为满足煤矿矿井的井下排水泵自动化控制需要,设计了一种基于ARM和WinCE的井下排水控制系统.系统加载智能控制算法,可根据水仓水位、用电的避峰填谷等因素科学调度排水水泵运行.当水泵发生故障时,可自动切换备用水泵,实现了水泵监测、控制的自动化.仿真表明,系统结构简单、控制方便、自动化程度高、运行稳定可靠.多台水泵的无人值守控制,降低了工人的工作强度,节约了能源,提高了煤矿生产的安全和效率.
