以磁控溅射节能窗膜镀膜生产线的自动控制为主要研究对象,在深入分析生产线的镀膜工艺后,针对该生产线结构庞大、工艺复杂、控制参数众多等特点,设计了一个采用西门子S7-400为控制器的镀膜生产线监控系统.介绍了该监控系统的硬件配置和各子系统的控制策略及特点,并给出了其中薄膜卷绕控制系统的数学模型;最后采用模块化的设计思想对该系统进行了软件平台选择和程序功能分析.%With the automatic control for magnetron sputtering energy-saving window film coating production line as major researching object,through analyzing the coating process of the production line,in accordance with the features of the production line,e.g.,huge productive structure,complex technological process,and numerous control parameters,the monitoring system based on Siemens S7-400 as the controller for the coating production line is designed.The hardware configuration,the control strategy and features of each subsystem of this monitoring system are introduced,and the mathematical model of its film winding control system is given.By adopting modular design concept,the software platform of the system is selected and the program functions are analyzed.
