煤矿排水自动控制系统的设计与研究

         

摘要

为了提高煤矿自动化生产的水平,降低工人劳动强度,提高信息传输及分析能力,在原有主排水设施基础上进行自动化改造,实现了设备在无人干涉情况下的自动运行和自我诊断,使设备达到最佳运行状态.该系统采用PLC控制,通过相关传感器采集水泵运行数据,对水泵及关联设备进行实时监测与控制,同时将数据上传到煤矿调度中心,实现了煤矿主排水系统的远程监测与控制,满足煤矿生产环境及安全生产的需要.%In order to enhance the automation level of production of coalmine and reduce the labor intensity as well as to increase the capability of information transmission and analysis,on the basis of existing main drainage facilities,retrofit for automation is carried out.The equipment is operating unattended and automatically even with self-diagnosis to make the system reaches optimal operation status.The system is controlled by PLC,and adopted with various sensors for collecting operating data of the water pumps for monitoring and controlling the pumps and related equipment in real time.The data are uploaded to dispatching center of coalmine,The remote monitoring and controlling for coalmine drainage control system is implemented,and the requirements for the production environment and safety are satisfied.
