光伏电缆耐候性试验箱的设计

         

摘要

The artificial weathering accelerated aging test chamber used in weatherability test for photovoltaic cable is designed,its structural composition and operational principle are introduced.By adopting the combination of PLC and HMI,the system is monitored and controlled,and the structure of the rotating sample holder is proposed to optimize the test chamber.A variety of artificial climate environment for accelerated aging test can be created by this test chamber.The test chamber features simple structure,safe,reliable,and high degree of automation.With the remarkable compatibility and versatility,the device can be widely used in weathering accelerated aging test for wires,cables and similar materials,etc.,it also provides references for other similar technical issues.%设计了用于光伏电缆耐候性试验的人工气候加速老化试验箱,介绍了其结构组成及工作原理.采用PLC与HMI相结合的方式对系统进行监测控制,并提出了一种旋转式试样架结构对其进行优化.该试验箱能够产生多种用于加速老化试验的人工气候环境,具有结构简单、安全可靠、自动化程度高等特点;其显著的兼容性和通用性,可广泛用于线缆以及类似材料的人工气候加速老化试验,同时也为其他类似技术问题提供参考.
