石油天然气工程中HIPPS的设计与应用

         

摘要

为满足石油天然气工程对重要工艺设施进行局部超临界压力保护的需要,采用了安全完整性等级很高的HIPPS技术进行系统保护.HIPPS将工艺安全保护方法由传统的被动泄放转变为主动防御,从源头消除危险,降低了工程总体投资.基于IEC 61511和IEC 61508的安全原则,考虑HIPPS作为一种特殊的安全保护技术,提出了一种特殊的自动安全保护系统方案,具体给出了系统组成及各部分的关键技术要求.实际工程应用验证了HIPPS良好的可靠性和可用性,其将成为高危险工况下安全保护技术的发展方向.%In order to meet the requirement of super critical pressure partial protection for important process facilities in petroleum and natural gas engineering projects,the high integrity pressure protection system(HIPPS) technology that features very high safety integrity level(SIL) is adopted for systematic protection.With HIPPS,the safety protection of process is changed from traditional passive relief to active defense,thus the risk is eliminated from the source,and the total cost of the project can be reduced.Based on the safety principles of IEC 61511 and IEC 61508,and considering HIPPS is a special safety protection technology,the unique automatic safety protection systematic strategy is proposed.The system composition and critical technical requirement of each part are given.In practical project,the good reliability and availability of HIPPS are verified.It will become the developing trend of safety protection technology under high risk operating conditions.
