飞机发动机转速实时检测与显示系统的设计

         

摘要

To enhance the stability and precision of the indicators for rotating speed of the aircraft engine, the real-time inspection and aeronautical instrument display system based on single chip computer for aircraft engine has been designed. The system is composed of three sections, I. E. , signal transformation, AT89C51 single chip computer, and step motor driver. The results of tests show that when initial signal frequency is input, the pointer of the aeronautical instrument starts to turn to corresponding angle position; when the signal frequency constantly changes, the pointer follows to turn to appropriate angle, and the accuracy meets the control requirement. The system features compact, easy operation, stable and high accuracy, it satisfies the demands for rotating speed inspection of aircraft engines.%在飞机使用过程中,为提高发动机转速指示表的稳定性和准确性,设计了一种基于单片机技术的飞机发动机转速实时检测与仪表显示系统.该系统主要由信号变换、AT89C51单片机和步进电机驱动三部分组成.试验结果表明,当输入信号频率初值时,仪表指针能够启动并转到相应的角度位置;当信号频率不断变化时,仪表指针也随之转动相应的角度,精度也达到了控制要求,且系统具有体积轻巧、操作简便、工作性能稳定以及指示精度高等优点,能够满足飞机发动机转速检测的需要.
