针对流程工业中乙醇、CO、CO2、O2、HCl、HF和NH3等气体在线检测设备的实际需要,设计了基于PCI-6259数据采集卡和LabVIEW的在线气体浓度检测系统.硬件采用模块化结构,分为参数检测模块、数据采集模块和通信模块；软件设计采用多线程思想,具有实时数据的处理、显示、存储和网络通信等功能.整个系统的构建实现了在线气体浓度的检测和远程监控功能,为工作人员进行远程实时测试和参数分析提供了方便.%In accordance with the practical requirements of on-line measurement devices for process industries, e.g. , ethanol, CO, CO2, O2, HC1, HF, and NH3 gases, the on-line measurement system based on PCI-6259 data acquisition card and Lab VIEW is designed. The hardware is composed of modular structure including parameter detection module, data acquisition module and communication module; the software is adopting multithread concept, the functions cover real data processing, display, storage and network communication. The whole system implements detection of on-line gas concentration and remote monitoring functions. The system provides operators easier solutions of remote realtime measurement and parameter analysis.
