工业现场数字温度无线采集驱动程序设计

         

摘要

Aiming at the problems existing in traditional analog temperature measurement method at industrial sites, e. g. complex wiring, hard to maintain and disadvantageous to accurate measurement, the wireless acquisition system driver of digital temperature is designed by adopting ZigBee wireless sensor network technology and digital temperature sensor. The ARM embedded 9ystem and Linux operating system platform are introduced into acquisition system, the design of the digital temperature wireless acquisition driver under Linux system is discussed emphatically, the design process and system performance test result are given. The result of practical measurement shows that the inner system kernel can accurately display current temperature in real time, and the correctness and feasibility of the system are verified.%针对工业现场中传统模拟温度测量方法存在的布线复杂、维护困难、不利于精确测量等问题,采用ZigBee无线传感网络技术及数字温度传感器进行数字温度的无线采集系统驱动程序设计.采集系统引入了ARM嵌入式系统和Linux操作系统平台,着重论述了Linux系统下数字温度无线采集驱动程序设计,给出了其设计流程和系统性能测试结果.实测结果表明,系统内核能实时、高精度地显示当前的温度值,验证了该系统的正确性和可行性.
