The present status, composition and functions of the auto-loading system for train trestle facility in oil refinery (old plant area) of Du Shan Zi Petrochemical Corporation are introduced, and the measurement accuracy of the loading system is calculated. Aiming at the current status that the whole auto processing of the field loading system has not been implemented, the positioning between crane tube and the tank as well as the lifting operation of crane tube have to be completed manually, the auto-positioning system of crane tube and auto-loading system are studied, and the feasible solution is proposed. In addition, the measures of rectifying and reforming the trip valve of materials pipeline in loading site are contributed. The practice verifies that the improved loading system trends to be more perfect.%在介绍独山子石化公司炼油厂老厂区火车栈桥装置的基础上,分析了自动装车系统的现状、组成及功能,并对装车系统的计量准确度进行了计算.针对现场自动装车系统需要人工到现场进行鹤管与罐车的定位以及鹤管升降操作的现状,对鹤管自动定位系统和自动装车系统进行了研究,提出了切实可行的解决方案以及具体的装车现场物料管线切断阀整改措施.实践证明,整改后的装车系统性能更趋于完善.
